The 27G Ultra Peel forceps are atraumatic, and I have found them to be stable, when peeling membrane on mobile retina, even in the periphery.
The versatility of this forcep exceeded my expectations - in addition to being my go-to for ERM and ILM peeling, it works remarkably well for thicker peripheral PVR membranes in retinal detachment.
